Yes. But in case you are booking on behalf of another party, or you are not able to be at the pickup and/or delivery address, you must designate a representative and provide his/her contact details (such as name and phone number) to the driver.
If a representative is to be at the location, please ensure that he/she is aware of your booking details and the services that you have chosen for the booking. This will help to avoid any confusion or delay on a moving day. Also, the representative will pay on your behalf to the driver once the move is completed if the chosen payment method is Cash On Delivery (COD).
