AWB

Guidelines

An air waybill (AWB) is a document issued by a merchant/seller/shipper that contains information about the goods being transported. It contains detailed information about the shipment’s contents, the sender and recipient, as well as other details like weight and tracking number.

How to attach the AWB document

Here’s a step-by-step guide to attaching your AWB document. Refer to the images for instructions on how to handle and attach your AWB.

Step 1

When you make a new booking, an AWB document in.pdf format is automatically generated. The document is available for viewing and downloading.

Step 2

Please check the details to ensure they are correct. Simply print the documents once you have double-checked everything. You should print in A5 or A4 format.

Step 3

Stick the AWB to the correct parcel (*important to double check) and tape it on all four sides to ensure it does not fall off during delivery.

Step 4

Wait for the driver to arrive and pick up your item.
