”First thing first, I’m happy that I’m able to shop for unique Indonesian brands via apps like Tokopedia that doesn’t ship directly to Malaysia. When I found The Lorry had the service, I was skeptical in the beginning but was immediately amazed at how prompt the service was! It’s a bit manual for the key ins since it’s via WhatsApp but the service is very quick and Bella was very helpful with my request. The shipping to you is calculated by the dimensions of the parcel. You can even request them to bubble wrap it for free. The package came to me in 4 days after The Lorry shipped it out! The whole process from inquiring until receiving the package took 9 days. Payment via Wise was hassle free. Will definitely use their service again!

”It's my first time ordering directly from Indonesia and have few bulks orders to be shipped to Malaysia. The journey for items arrived to the warehouse, packaged and shipped back to my place was flawless.
