Before you send your package, make sure it’s securely wrapped. Don’t forget to include all the essential information: the recipient’s full name, address, and phone number, along with your own name and phone number.

To determine your package’s chargeable weight (which is what your shipping cost is based on), we compare two measurements

First, we get the actual weight by weighing your wrapped package on a scale.

Second, we calculate the volumetric weight using this simple formula: Length x Width x Height (all in centimeters) divided by 5,000.

Then Take The Higher of these two weights as the final chargeable weight for your shipment.
