1. Ask our Sales or Customer Service and Let’s Discuss!
The first step is simply to get in touch with our Sales or Customer Service.
This is your chance to ask questions and get all the information you need.
Such as price lists, whether goods or items can be shipped or not, documents that must be completed for import from Indonesia, steps that need to be taken until the goods arrive and others.
They’ll help you understand the process and what to expect.

2. Check the Goods or Items
Before we ship or send the goods or items, it’s crucial to make sure the goods or items are not prohibited from being shipped from Indonesia to your country.
This includes things like hazardous materials, illegal substances, or other restricted products.
The sales or customer service team will discuss with the operational team and can guide you on what’s allowed and what isn’t, so you can avoid any problems down the line.
3. Send to TheLorry Office or TheLorry Partner Warehouse
Once you’ve confirmed your goods or items are ready to go, you’ll need to send them to TheLorry’s office or one of our partner warehouses.
This is where your package will be officially handed over for the shipping process to begin.
You can arrange by yourself using an Indonesia local expedition, or you can ask for help from our sales or customer service to pick up the goods or items at the pick-up point in Indonesia
If you ask our team for help with pick-up, of course, there will be an additional fee for the pick-up process.
4. Weighing and Measuring
After your goods or items arrive at the warehouse, they will be carefully weighed and measured to determine their actual weight, dimensions, and volumetric weight.
This is a standard procedure that helps calculate the final shipping cost accurately.
To determine costs, it’s based on the largest number from the weighing results and/or volumetric weight calculations.
5. Invoice Issuance
Based on the measurements and other details, an invoice will be issued.
This document will outline all the costs associated with your shipment, so there are no surprises.
In some countries, our price included Duty and Tax, but in others it excluded them.

6. Make a Payment
Once you receive the invoice, it’s time to make a payment.
You’ll need to complete this step before your shipment can move forward.
Right now, Beyond by TheLorry is just operating in Indonesia, so the price and payment are in Rupiah as currency.
For the payment process, you can use an e-wallet that can change currency, like Wise,or Bank services like Foreign Telegraphic Transfer.
7. AWB and Shipping Begins
As soon as your payment is confirmed, an Air Waybill (AWB) or Connote will be issued.
This is essentially the travel ticket for your package, with a unique tracking number.
With the AWB or Connote in hand, your goods are officially on their way!
