1. Offers of jobs.

TheLorry will make customer bookings (“Jobs”) available to Driver Partners through the [App/Platform]. Each Job will show key details, including the pickup date, time, location and destination, before the Driver Partner decides whether to accept it.

2. Freedom to accept or decline.

The Driver Partner may decide whether to accept any Job. Nothing in these Terms requires a Driver Partner to accept a minimum number of Jobs, to be available at any particular time, or to log in to the [App/Platform] for any minimum period.

3. No penalty for declining.

TheLorry will not penalise, suspend or deactivate a Driver Partner for declining or ignoring a Job offer.

4. Obligation once accepted.

Once a Driver Partner accepts a Job, a commitment is formed. The Driver Partner must complete the Job as booked, on time, and in line with these Terms and any reasonable instructions from the customer about the Job.

5. Cancellation after acceptance.

If a Driver Partner cannot complete an accepted Job because of an emergency, vehicle breakdown, illness or another reason beyond their reasonable control, they must notify TheLorry through the [App/Platform] or Customer Support partner hotline as soon as possible.
