# Driver Partner – Job Offers and Acceptance

**1. Offers of jobs.**
 TheLorry will make customer bookings ("Jobs") available to Driver Partners through the [App/Platform]. Each Job will show key details, including the pickup date, time, location and destination, before the Driver Partner decides whether to accept it.

**2. Freedom to accept or decline.**
 The Driver Partner may decide whether to accept any Job. Nothing in these Terms requires a Driver Partner to accept a minimum number of Jobs, to be available at any particular time, or to log in to the [App/Platform] for any minimum period.

 **3. No penalty for declining.**
 TheLorry will not penalise, suspend or deactivate a Driver Partner for declining or ignoring a Job offer.

**4. Obligation once accepted.**
 Once a Driver Partner accepts a Job, a commitment is formed. The Driver Partner must complete the Job as booked, on time, and in line with these Terms and any reasonable instructions from the customer about the Job.

**5. Cancellation after acceptance.**
 If a Driver Partner cannot complete an accepted Job because of an emergency, vehicle breakdown, illness or another reason beyond their reasonable control, they must notify TheLorry through the [App/Platform] or Customer Support partner hotline as soon as possible. Cancelling accepted Jobs repeatedly or without good reason may lead to a warning / suspension / Penalty.
